Our aim was to develop a protein blend that reflects the active person of today. Plant-based, free of lactose, synthetic flavors, emulsifiers, dyes and other unnecessary additives that irritate gut and skin.
The outcome is a combination of two plant-based proteins that provide a complete protein profile. Going beyond just proteins, we enhanced the formula with adaptogens, minerals, and antioxidants sourced from nature.
Main ingredient is protein – a crucial element for the maintenance and growth of muscle functions.
Rest assured, our pea protein sets itself apart from the rest – while many tend to be insoluble and carry an undesirable “flourish taste”, ours leads the way being first in Europe made with an innovative manufacturing process. This process develops a soft and creamy texture and eliminates any discernible pea taste to it.
We’ve made sure to incorporate reishi, recognized as the king of adaptogenic mushrooms – for recovery and immunity strengthening.
To support energy, we’ve introduced maca root to our lineup, known for its delicate honey taste and inherent natural sweetness.
Jerusalem artichokes makes the blend rich in gut-healthy fibre, while cocoa provides potassium which is important for maintaining normal muscle function.
The chocolate flavor comes from natural cocoa, packed with magnesium and iron. These elements play a vital role in reducing fatigue and supporting normal energy metabolism.
The blend also includes matcha, a Japanese ingredient known for thousands of years as a source of even energy.
For the caramel flavour, we've chosen a combination of vanilla and mesquite for a soft mouth-watering taste with no synthetic aftertaste.

Do the products contain gluten or lactose?
No, our blends are both gluten and lactose-free. However, please note that some of our ingredients are packaged in a facility that also handles gluten-containing products.
Is it safe to use the products during pregnancy and lactation?
All Daily Spoon products are highly nutritious and contain no concentrated additives. However, we recommend consulting your doctor before using them during pregnancy or lactation.
Can I use several blends at once?
Yes, you can use multiple blends together. There’s no strict rule when it comes to using our blends - feel free to create a routine that works best for you. As a general guideline, we recommend not exceeding 3 tablespoons of Daily Spoon products per day.
Are your products plant-based?
Nearly all of the ingredients in our products are plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in Ritual HAIR, which is derived from animals.
How should I store the blends?
For optimal freshness, store the blends in a sealed package in a cool, dark place. The fridge is an ideal spot for this.
From what age can the products be used?
We recommend using the rituals from the age of 12 years and up, starting with half portions. However, some of our clients with younger children also have them try the blends. In such cases, it's important to ensure that they are not sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.
