How to use?
All the rituals are naturally formulated and contain no concentrated portions of a single ingredient. They can be used together within the recommended daily serving.
You can use the blend for Balance before meals, mixed with water, milk or added to fruit smoothies. Use Gut prime after food with a glass of water and Glow after food with 2 capsules per day with a glass (200 ml) of water.
Twelve women, two months, one routine.
Noticeable results
We invited 12 women with problematic skin – each with a different skin condition, but all having tried dozens of products before. First, we started by laying the foundation for the gut with Gut prime and focusing on hormones with our blend for Balance.
In the second month, the routine was replaced by Glow – the participants took 2 capsules every day to keep track of their condition. After the one month course, 3 participants did not notice any changes, while 9 (75%) noticed a reduction in redness, clearer skin, and a significant reduction in acne. Do the products contain gluten or lactose?
No, our blends are both gluten and lactose-free. However, please note that some of our ingredients are packaged in a facility that also handles gluten-containing products.
Are your products plant-based?
Nearly all of the ingredients in our products are plant-based, with the exception of the keratin in Ritual HAIR, which is derived from animals.
How long should I take it, and do I need breaks?
For optimal results, take Gut Prime for at least two months. You can continue for up to four months, then take a one to two-month break before resuming.
Why is it not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women?
Certain active ingredients and extracts lack sufficient research on their effects during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For this reason, we advise consulting your doctor before use.
From what age can the products be used?
We recommend using the rituals from the age of 12 years and up, starting with half portions. However, some of our clients with younger children also have them try the blends. In such cases, it's important to ensure that they are not sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.
What are the storage conditions?
